Shipping Information

 
 

There is a flat-rate charge of $9.95 per single order for up to 2 books within Australia. For international delivery see below.

From the time of dispatch the delivery time is up to 10 days, depending on location of delivery address

Please note that there may be delays due to Covid. Our experience is that domestic deliveries are reliable but international are not.

Contact us to get a price for more than 2 books in the same delivery.

The book is packaged, labelled and sent by fully tracked courier through PackandSend, Wagga Wagga NSW 2650. 

International Shipping

 

International delivery is possible, please contact us with an address and quantity of books required for exact shipping prices for multiple orders. Please add $35.00 onto the unit cost to cover international delivery of single items.

The flat rate applies to single orders only. For more than a single order please contact us. Delivery times can vary depending on the country. In reality, it can take up to three weeks depending on happenstance. We do not wish to promise and disappoint. It will be as reliable as we can make it. Covid update: We are taking  INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES now. But be warned the timeframe of delivery is unpredictable. Catherine Stuart

 

Returns

 

If the book is damaged when delivered to you please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund.

If you change your mind about the purchase, or made a mistake, we require notification within two business days of the recorded delivery date. Please note that in this situation we do not cover return postage.

We will not sell, or otherwise provide personal information (including email addresses) to others (i.e. any third party) other than for the purposes of completing a sale. As 'Pack and Send' and eWAY are integral to the ecommerce pathway, your payment and destination details are part of this process. We will not use customer information for marketing purposes .

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. If you would like to arrange to pay via an alternative method please contact us to discuss this. We can email you our bank account details if you prefer to make a direct bank transfer.
